Pricing

Starting prices.Fixed quotes.

Every job is quoted at a fixed price before work starts. The starting prices below show where most jobs begin, so you can place yourself before you call.

Order your internet first

A new business internet circuit takes anywhere from a week to ninety days to install, whichever carrier you choose, and nothing else can go live without it. If you are moving, opening a location or replacing a line, start the order the day you have an address. We get competing quotes from several carriers, manage the order and plan the network, phones and website around the install date.

How quotes work

It starts with a free check-up: a 45-minute visit for businesses in the greater Austin area and Central Texas, or a call for everyone else. We look at your Wi-Fi coverage, what happens when the internet drops, whether guests and devices are kept off the business network, how the phones are set up, how your website looks on a phone and what is backed up. You get a one-page findings sheet on the spot and a fixed-scope quote within two business days.A starting price is where a typical small office begins, not a quote. The quote is fixed before work starts, and if something changes we talk about it first, not on the invoice. Equipment is quoted at current prices and itemized on its own line, so you can see exactly what you are paying for. Where a provider bills you directly, such as the phone service or an internet circuit, we say so.

  • Prices exclude sales tax.
  • Equipment is quoted at current prices and itemized on the quote.
  • Phone service and internet circuits are billed by the provider; we set them up and look after them.
  • Starting prices are for a typical small office; the quote is fixed before work starts.
