That is what Embercrest consulting is. We start by learning how your business actually runs: the tools your team lives in, where work gets stuck, what keeps breaking and what it costs you. From there we build a short, prioritized roadmap in plain language, with real numbers attached.

We stay vendor neutral. We do not resell licenses or take referral fees, so our recommendations are about what fits your business, not what pays us. When it is time to act, we can lead the work ourselves, manage the vendors you already have, or hand your team a plan they can run with. Advisory work can be a one-off assessment, hourly help on a specific question, or an ongoing retainer, and anything we put in place is available as a one-time project or as a managed service with a monthly fee. We meet clients in person across the Austin area and up the I-35 corridor to Waco, and work remotely whenever that is simpler.
