Business email

Email on your own domain is the first thing a customer notices about a business, and the first thing that breaks when the records behind it are wrong. We set up business email on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Proton, get the records right so your mail is delivered and nobody can send as you, and look after it from then on.

You buy the plan from the provider in your own name and on your own card, so the account is always yours. We do the setup: the domain, the records that make mail arrive, the signing that keeps it out of spam, the protection that stops people sending as you, your first mailboxes, and the switch from your old email without losing a message. It works whether your domain's DNS is with us or somewhere else.

After that, every change is a click in your customer portal: add a person, reset a password, add an address, remove someone who left. We make the change within one business day, and you can see the health of your email at any time.

Which provider?

Microsoft 365 when your office lives in Word, Excel and Outlook on the desktop. Google Workspace when your team works in the browser and shares documents all day. Proton when privacy comes first. We will tell you which one fits, and we will tell you if you already have the right one.

What it costs

The provider bills you directly at its list price, from about $7 a user a month. Setting it up is a fixed quote. Keeping it right sits inside a care plan or retainer, so there is no surprise invoice for a password reset.
