AI and automation

Practical AI for small and medium businesses: less admin, faster replies to customers, and answers from your own documents, set up safely.

Overview

AI and automation, done properly

Most small and medium businesses do not want AI for its own sake. They want fewer hours lost to admin, faster replies to customers, and less depending on one overworked person who knows where everything is. We turn AI into those outcomes: drafting emails and proposals, summarizing meetings, pulling the data out of invoices, receipts, PDFs and forms, keeping records in step between systems, and assistants that answer customers and staff from your own policies and documents.

Most clients start with an AI readiness assessment for a fixed fee. We look at how work actually moves through your business, pick the three to five uses with the clearest payback, and flag the data and security risks to deal with first. Then we start narrow, with one measurable project such as cutting the time it takes to process invoices, and build on it once it has proved itself.

Safety comes first. Staff are often already pasting client details into free chatbots, so we put an acceptable-use policy in place, move the work onto business-tier tools with proper data protections, and set access controls so each assistant sees only what it should. We are realistic about accuracy: a human reviews anything client-facing or financial before it goes out. A lot can be done with off-the-shelf tools and good configuration, which is faster and cheaper than building from scratch, so that is where we start.

We connect AI to the systems you already use, train your team with short workshops built around their roles, and keep things tuned afterwards. Every rollout is available as a one-time project or as a managed service with a monthly fee covering monitoring, knowledge updates, new workflows and reviews of new tools. AI work is remote-friendly, so you can be anywhere, and clients around Austin are welcome to meet in person for the assessment and training.
