What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to send: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your contact details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

Who we share it with

We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site, such as our hosting provider, our transactional email provider and an error-monitoring service. They process data only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work securely, such as a security token that protects the contact form. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our conversation, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@embercrest.io. We will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy we will update this page. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
