Overview
Business internet, done properly
Every business runs on its internet connection: the phones, the card terminals, the cloud apps, the website orders coming in. It is also the slowest thing to get. A new circuit takes anywhere from a week to ninety days to install, whoever orders it and whichever carrier it is, because the time goes on the carrier's site survey, any construction and their own scheduling. So it is the first thing to order, the day you have an address, and we make that order easy.
We start with the building. We check which carriers already reach it, what fiber, cable, fixed wireless and cellular options exist, and what the business actually needs: how many people, what they run, whether card processing and phones depend on the line, and what an outage would cost. Then we get competing quotes from several carriers through our connectivity partners, explain the differences in plain English and recommend one. You sign with the carrier at the carrier's price, the same or better than going direct, and the carrier bills you each month. We place the order, track it through survey, construction and installation, set up the firewall and failover for the new line, and run a tested cutover so the switch happens without surprise downtime. After that we stay your point of contact for the life of the circuit, so when the carrier needs chasing, you call us.
Dedicated or broadband?
Dedicated internet access (DIA) is a circuit of your own, with the same speed up and down, a service guarantee on uptime and repair times, and static IP addresses, which is what offices with phones, servers, cameras or remote staff usually need. Business broadband and fiber share capacity with the neighborhood, cost far less and are often the right answer for a shop, a clinic or a small office, especially with a cellular backup behind them. We tell you which one fits, and we can order either.
Internet that does not go down with the fiber
When the only internet line fails, the phones stop ringing, the card terminals stop taking payments and every cloud app goes quiet. We add a second connection on a different path, usually cellular or satellite, and set the firewall to switch over by itself within seconds, so calls, card processing and the tools your team works in carry on while the main line is repaired. We size the backup for what matters most, test the switchover on install, and check it every month so it is ready when it is needed. Where fiber and cellular both fall short, satellite service can be the main line or the backup.
New locations and moves
Opening a location or moving? Tell us the address as soon as you have it, ideally sixty to ninety days before the move, and we will have the circuit on order while the lease is still being signed. We plan the network, phones and website around the install date so nothing waits on it, and if the business cannot wait, the cellular backup can carry it from day one and then stand by as the backup once the circuit is live. We work on site throughout the greater Austin area and Central Texas, and arrange circuits anywhere the carriers reach.
