The story

3rd Coast Supper Club brings a private chef and elevated dining to guests' homes and getaways. The site had to feel as considered as the food and let the team update menus and photos themselves.

What we built

  • A Django CMS where each page (home, about, how it works, history, pricing, testimonials, FAQ) opens straight to its edit form in the admin.
  • Chef profiles, prix fixe menus, seasonal notes and signature relishes.
  • Photo galleries for dishes, events and behind the scenes, with focal-point cropping on every upload.
  • A book-an-event inquiry form with event types, a contact form, a Premier Diners Club page and a site-wide announcement popup.

How it is built

Django with PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery and Celery Beat on a Bootstrap theme. GitLab CI tests and builds the image and deploys it to Kubernetes with a health check.
